We offer 3 separate units each where a comfortable king-size bed awaits you, as well as a family unit ideal for a family with 2 children. Some units can adjust to accommodate 2 singles (please enquire).
Each room has an en-suite with a shower, bath amenities and towels. 100% cotton bedding ensures a good rest with ambient temperature control during all seasons. Ceiling fans and air-conditioners add to your comfort. Each room has a bar fridge, complimentary bottled water, ice, kettle, tea, coffee (yes, filter coffee as well), rusks and a sweet chocolate treat before saying good night.
We offer a communal kitchenette if another food prep area, microwave, plates or cutlery is required. We are however not fully self-catering and as it’s a shared space we ask to be considerate of other guests.
Rooms have a desk area in each as well as comfortable seating and extra blankets. Electric blankets on the beds ensures a comfortable sleep on those chilly evenings. Smart TV’s with an extensive Dstv- bouquet will keep you entertained. Free WiFi is a given…
In the event of a power-outage we have a back-up inverter and battery system which keeps our lights and WiFi going. Our property is exclusively on fresh bore-hole water, but please use this precious resource wisely. Each unit has its own patio area with comfortable seating and patio table to enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining or a nightcap.
If you wish to barbecue, we have a fire pit in our garden to enjoy. We also offer prepared baskets with all you need to enjoy your braai (food and meats not included). Fire wood also available by request at an extra cost.
If you wish to order meals from our coffee shop menu to enjoy at supper time, please message us with your order by 14:00 on day of arrival. We will prepare and leave in your unit to heat and eat.

Room 1
Nature-inspired with woven pendants, Room 1 sits at the front of the property and opens up onto its own patio overlooking the succulent garden. Enjoy the morning sun with a coffee in an Acapulco chair or at your patio cafe table.
Room 2
French doors opens up onto a large patio area where you can choose between the Malawian chairs or your bistro table to enjoy the fresh Karoo air. Room 2 is spacious, exudes simple elegance and sits in the middle of the front porch.
Room 3
Step into a more moody interior on the front corner of the main building. Overlooking the front garden,enjoy al fresco dining under the vine on your patio area.
Family Unit
A 2-bedroom unit (a king bed and 2 single beds), ideal for a family with 2 children, is located at the back of the property. A large patio table sits under the grape-bearing vine opening up onto the lush back garden, ideal for stretching tired legs or for little feet wanting to explore the karoo air.
